A wedding planner works with you from the very beginning — helping you find vendors, set a budget, design your aesthetic, and manage every detail leading up to the day. A day-of coordinator steps in closer to your wedding (about 45 days out) to take over execution once you've already done the planning. Think of it as the difference between building something together vs. handing it off to someone you trust to bring it home.
For full wedding planning services, I recommend reaching out as early as possible — ideally 12+ months before your date. For day-of coordination, at minimum 2–3 months ahead is ideal, though I encourage booking earlier to secure your date. When in doubt, reach out and we'll figure out what works.
I have a network of trusted vendors I love working with, but I'm not limited to them. My job is to find the best fit for your vision and your budget — whether that's someone I've worked with before or a new find we discover together.
It's a relaxed, no-pressure 30-minute call where you can share your vision, ask questions, and get a feel for how I work. I'll walk you through my packages and help you figure out which one makes the most sense for your situation. No commitment required.
That's exactly what I'm there for. Surprises happen — a vendor runs late, the timeline shifts, something needs to be improvised. My job is to handle it before you even know it happened. You focus on getting married; I handle everything else.

Let's face it‒nobody likes to talk money, but I never want it to be another reason to stress. Every wedding and every need is different so I don't have set prices, but I do want to be as transparent as possible as you navigate what fits into your budget. My Day-of-Coordinator package starts at $1500, and my Wedding Planner package starts at $2400 (calculated for under 100 guests and a $20k full wedding budget).
